What is ADHD Coaching?
It is easy to confuse Coaching with Therapy. Coaching is a very hands-on approach to the here and now challenges. It is very future focused.

Typically 6-12 sessions are needed working through those executive functions such as impulsivity, emotional regulation and self awareness building unique support and implement strategies and routines to reduce those challenges. Coaching does not delve into past trauma or family relationship analysis although at times these issues are brought up during the practice.

My coaching style is warm, non judgmental with a healthy dose of humour. The bespoke strategies we create work ‘with’ your unique and brilliant brain not against it. My aim is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. No ‘shoulds’, no shame, just what works.

I have an interest in late diagnosed adults: perimenopausal women; burnt out parents juggling family life and work; young people who feel stuck and overwhelmed with with where their lives are going.

My sessions are online and I am flexible with timings. I recommend weekly sessions for 1 hour and start with a 6 session package at £70 a session.
