I’m Louise. As an ADHD parent, with a late ADHD diagnosis myself, perimenopausal, and a freelance creative background, I understand many of the struggles and challenges thrown at us from different directions due to ADHD.

 

I help other adults who are experiencing overwhelming procrastination, chaos and emotional burnout offering 1:1 coaching in order to feel supported, understood and equipped to navigate the day to day. 

 ADHD symptoms can often feel like a constant cycle of overwhelm, frustration and exhaustion. I can help you to focus on realistic strategies, accountability, self understanding and systems that reduce stress rather than add pressure.
